Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival.
From 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Within the last week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
No free cancellation during high season.
Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid.
Travel Insurance

Answers to the most important questions about your stay.
Is breakfast available?
We do not offer breakfast. A coffee machine with freshly ground bean coffee is available for you on the first floor. A bakery offering breakfast is located about 150 m away. You will receive special tips on site.
Is parking available at the residence?
Yes. Each apartment has a free parking space directly at the property. Please clarify in advance if you are arriving with an oversized vehicle.
Is the residence easy to reach without a car?
Yes. You can travel by train to Bolzano and then take the bus to Kaltern. The center of Kaltern and bus stops are within walking distance. With the South Tyrol Guest Pass, all public transportation can be used free of charge.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. Bed, bathroom, and kitchen linen are included in the price.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and on the terrace.
PETS – Are dogs allowed?
Dogs and small pets are allowed on request. Please inform us at the time of booking.
How far is Lake Kaltern?
Lake Kaltern is about 4 km away and is easily accessible by car, bicycle, bus, or on foot.
Can I go hiking or cycling directly from the residence?
Yes. Hiking, walking, and cycling trails start right outside the front door. A bike box with e-bike charging facilities is available.
Is La Terrazza suitable for families?
Yes, especially for couples, friends, and families who are active during the day and prefer to relax in the evening or attend one of the many local events. The residence is not a party house.
Who will take care of me during my stay?
The residence is family-run. Host Heidi is happy to assist you with personal tips on excursions, wine, events, and restaurants.
Is there an elevator in the building?
No. The apartments are located on the second and third floors and are accessible only via stairs.
Is waste separation required?
Yes. Waste separation is common practice in South Tyrol. Detailed information will be provided on site.
